![]() | Hi, NuttyTart. It looks like you’re doing great! Reversing your meals and making sure you don’t miss any is the way to go. |
![]() | I’m just Working on my meals planner, I work 12hr night shifts 4 on 4 off and tend to reverse my meals on those days, my day starts when I get up be it afternoon or morning, so on work days at presentI have a light breakfast e.g. Yogurt just after getting up then I have a meal with my family about 1.5 hrs later then 4 breaks at work one being a lunch break then I try to have what would be breakfast on final break about 3 to 4 hours before going home to bed. Is this way ok or should I adjust my ways. I also drink red fruit or organic white tea or black decaf coffee on these breaks are these ok. |
![]() | Hi, EBurrell. 9 am is fine if that’s about the time that your day starts. If you start work and 6 am, that is too late – you don’t want to be too active on an empty stomach (unless you have early morning workouts, which then would involve loading up the evening before – a whole other matter related to sports nutrition). |
![]() | It feels like 9:00 is my breakfast time. Is this too late or is this time ok? Also, how late should the lfood intake should be? I’ve heard no eating after a certain time and if you do, cut the carb. Is there a recommended time to stop eating? If my last snack goes out to 9:00, is his ok or do I have to cut something out? I’m glad I found this post. Eating every 2 hours works for me too. I was going to ask this question because I was getting worried that i was eating too early because I’m not always hungry when the 2 hours arrives, but if I go to 3 hours, I’m really hungry. |
![]() | Eating every 2 hours has been beneficial. Thanks! |
![]() | Every 2 hours is great. If you’re not hungry so soon after meals, every 3 hours is fine, too. |
![]() | Hi Vikkirey |
![]() | Hello, I just started today and I wanted to know what is the recommended time to eat between meals. |
