Hi, Michelene. If you squeeze your own juice and don’t overdo, that’s fine. You can also make your own lemon or lime pop by mixing plain soda water with squeezed fresh lemon or lime juice and a natural sweetener, including one with minimal or no calories.

I know you advise against drinking fruit juice. What can you drink besides coffee, tea and water? Thank You Michelene
