Hi, Clayton. The plan is definitely set toward your weight, age, and sex, and you can get the best results if you keep your profile updated with your changing weights.
In cases of weight regain, physical activity or changing the exercise type to work new muscles is usually a good plan. It also may help to take advantage of the diet diary on the website nad be sure there isn’t any hidden intake.

Hi Clayton,
The portions will be geared toward your specifics. If you want, or more importantly, if it’s okay with your wife, you can list her height, weight, age and activity level and Ossie (the site Dietician) will give you a response. You can probably post it on this thread or go to one of them that says “Questions for Ossie”

we have been doing the diet for only 4 days. I have lost ten pounds while my wife lost weight initially, has now gained back 1 pound over the last two days. We are wondering if the diet is set towards my weight, age, sex, etc.
