Thanks for writing to us.
Your best bet is to try to keep your menu health level over 80%. The higher the better. It is also important to create a new menu if your weight has changed, this way you get the perfect amount of foods, portions, etc. based on your specific needs.

I want to jump start my weight loss journey…do you have a jump start menu plan? I’ve purchase access to this sight but I struggle with menu planning on the computer. I want to combine and stay within the boundaries. I have made several changes to my diet but, I am still not losing weight. Thank you!
