You can also completely personalize your meal by clicking on the circular arrow icon to the far right of the meal header, then selecting foods one by one.
The post popular snacks that don’t require refrigeration include nuts/seeds and fruits/vegetables. You can also make baked goods such as muffins and keep them in your work area during the day. |
