Hi, Susiem60. Yes, the intention is for you to eat everything. However, if it is too much, it is better that you go with your hunger and satiety signals. We recommend that you cut back on the starchy carbohydrate foods before reducing protein, produce, and good fats. Will that work for you?

Hi, sometimes I feel too full already during a meal. Do I have too eat all the food?
