Hi, Ifandra. The intention is for you to eat all the items. The goal is to keep you from feeling hungry, and ensure your nutritional nee.ds are being met – unlike a crash diet. If you are struggling with the amount, you can cut back a little on the starchy carbohydrates (such as breads and potatoes).

Hi Ossie,
I am brown new here and not a native english speaker. So I am struggling a bit with understanding all what I read. So, I was wondering, do I have to eat all of what is included in a day’s menu? It seems to be too many calories there to lose weight.
