Hi, Mr. Pulman. I see you are using the “Popular Foods” route to build your menus – this can limit your choices. I suggest to use the full personal Menu Planner so that you can choose the foods you like.

I’m having great difficulty creating menus. Most of the items I have never heard of and lots of good healthy things I like aren’t shown. Often, having taken ages to select items when saving and creating menus, the suggested plan bears little if any resemblance to the choices I made. As an example, I might have a small hole of hot porridge oats for breakfast, or a couple of shredded wheat or scrambled egg and smoked salmon (made with one egg) on a slice of whole meal bread. None of these seem to appear in the options but instead it will suggest some bits of chicken, seeds, yoghurt, or something! I’d never eat that for breakfast!

Would be so helpful to enter a menu plan I think would work and then see if it fits the criteria for avoiding fat storage?

The videos and some suggested recipes are helpful though.
