Hi, Cindy. The best thing is to just use the Menu Planner application without any specifications in your profile, and just choose the foods that work for you and avoid those that don’t.

I like the idea of this way of eating, but I’m having trouble figuring out how to make some substitutions. I have many food allergies, so basically if I can use a vegan diet, adding in some meat that works for me. I have been eating whole, organic foods for quite a while, so I just need to learn to put the right combinations together. Is there a way of doing this? I looked for a place to put in this preference in my profile, but this option wasn’t one of them. Thanks for your help! Cindy
