Hi, Shae. Welcome! Yes, all that food is for you to eat – do pay attention to the amounts. The goal is to be sure you are not hungry, and to encourage physical activity. If you are feeling that you really can’t finish, you can cut back on carbs and fats if you want.

I just joined and I’m looking at the menu and it sure seems like a lot of food. Do I eat everything on the menu for dinner?
