![]() | I have to have a colonoscopy and they tell me and my directions that I have to eat a low residue diet for 2 days and then liquid only for the last day before the test. I am struggling with this because I have to eat white bread white rice white chicken, etc and none of the good stuff that I’ve been eating that has allowed me to lose weight and inches. How can I put this three day diet to good use and not derail the progress I have already made. Help! |
