Hi, NannyOgg, and welcome! Those items are rather unique in that they are rich sources of omega-3 fatty acids. However, I noticed that you have selected salmon, tuna in water, and omega-3 eggs in your menu, so no worries.

Hi Ive just signed up and Im familiarising myself with the site before I start on Monday. I love what I see but there is some much used ingredients that I cant get. Flax seed, hemp hearts and chia . Are there any alternatives please
