Hi, Mr. Manning. The foods in the Menu Planner lists in the lighter blue shades are those considered most supportive of weight loss. With regard to acid reflux, it is generally recommended to avoid caffeine, fried foods, high-acid foods (citrus, pickles, tomato products), and very spicy foods (hot chilis, raw garlic) – however, every person is sensitive to different things, so it is important to that you tune into symptoms. Above all, try to avoid laying down within an hour or two of eating.

I would like to know what foods to eat to lose weight. I have acid reflux.
