ArtyLynda 9 years ago | Thanks and I will try the groups area just to keep me motivated. |
Ossie-Sharon 9 years ago | Hi, ArtyLynda and welcome. We wish you the very best. If you have any nutrition questions along the way, I’m here; tech support can be reached through the “Contact Us” link below; and if you want to connect with other Clubmembers going through similar issues, the Groups area is a great place to start. |
ArtyLynda 9 years ago | I have multiple 15cm fibroids and would love to be fit again but due to low blood count and ferritin levels I find it hard to exercise hence the expanding waistline so I am hoping with the help of this healthy diet along with increasing my walking that I might get some relief from my symptoms as I do not want major surgery quite yet! I would like a little control over my life again. |
