Two options:
1. You can try the recipes with “classic,” “basic,” or “simple” in the name – these are much quicker.
2. You don’t have to use the receipes, but rather just choose the easy-to-prepare foods from the lists and follow the healthy cooking principles in the online guides. Keep in mind that the daily menus list only the base foods – you can season them however you want, though do try to minimize sauces that contain fats and sugars.

I find it hard to come to grips with cooking some of these recipes at lunch time no one has that kind of time you would spend all day cooking
