That’s a great way to go, woodznwater! To answer you question, that is definitely not too much fruit. Enjoy 🙂

several strawberries and 1/4 cup blueberries and one banana. I dont measure nothing. I have found that if I make this diet thing too complicated, I wont stick with it. I am doing remarkably well and wanted to go out for dinner last night but didnt…yeah…

Hi, woodznwater. It depends on the amounts. How much do you put in a single serving?

Do you think it is too much sugars in the fruit??

I have and am trying to eliminate sugars. I have been making a smoothie almost everyday since I started a week ago to include making it a lunch sometimes.
I blend fresh frozen fruit, strawberry, blueberry and banana usually. I add straight cinnamon, vanilla extract(pure organic)stevia, almond unsweetened milk. I love them
Is this wrong in any way shape or form?
