| Ossie-Sharon 11 years ago | Hi, Eva. When you get your menu, click on “View Menu Exchanges” (to the right of the menu), and note the following:
Every “Carbohydrate,” “Fruit,” and “Sweet” exchange provides about 15 grams of carbohydrates (or 22 total with 5 grams of this as fiber)
Every “Vegetable” exchange provides about 5-7 grams. |
