![]() | I am a 62 yr old female 5’4″ (used to be 5’6″ – have considerable scoliosis and I suppose natural settling over time). I weight 129 lbs which in and of itself does not bother me. But over the last approximately 5 years my stomach has grown 2 – 3″ despite my regular exercise virtually my whole life. I learned in the video that the ratio of carbs to proteins is a key. What is that ratio and what can you suggest? I’m also aware that by combining certain foods you can get a complete protein. Can you explain? Is it possible for my stomach to “shrink”? It seems improbable to me right now. |
