You might try looking through the articles, tab at top of the page. I’ve not read them all yet so not sure if there is something like that there.
However, when you go in to make a menu when you click in each section and it brings up your choices the most healthy will be in the lightest color blue and the least healthy choice in dark blue with a few shades in between.
If everything you like is in the darker blue then just start there, click what you like and maybe choose 1 thing in some of the catagories that you would be willing to try. This should generate a menu with items you’ll have on hand and just a few new things to pick up.
Be encouraged, do lots of reading (articles, FAQ’s and threads in the community) and remember we didn’t get to where we are overnight. So take you’re time and get comfortable making healthier choices as you go.

Is there a “list” of foods on here that compares good to bad? I am having a hard time navigating this site 🙁
