Alas. I’m probably holding steady at 152 or so. Didn’t weigh myself. and the weekend? I slept. A lot. Like 12 hours a night. Maybe not so good for weight loss, but really great for me. So not a whole lot happened on the weekend. The waist has shrunk another half inch (31 inches) but the tummy below the waist has also shrunk significantly. In a few days, I should have pics up.

When I started this on 29 April, I was 157.5. Today, I was 151.8. Don’t know what’ll happen over the weekend (cause I normally eat a lot, but I notice that the amount is lessening) but I’m gonna try to hit 151 the end of the weekend, so I’ll be posting pics, stats, etc., probably on Sunday or Monday.

Will you join me?

I know some of you have worked very hard–I’ve seen your photos and am awed and impressed–I can’t wait to see your Day 30 pics!
