You are welcome to practice food combining – if you get a combination with which you do not agree through the Menu Planner, you can use the swap button in the corner to make the necessary substitutions.
A few principles of the Gracie diet are not consistent with ours – for example, we recommend eating frequent meals throughout the day, and promote seasonings/herbs/spices as sources of antioxidants – but he is right about avoiding added simple sugars.

Food combination can greatly increase digestion of food. For example fruits alone (and some fruit even one type at a time). Could you possibly look at Gracie Diet as a model for making a food plan? <3
