![]() | Hi, Mariannelmurphy. I’m glad to read that you’re not hungry. You can cut back a little on some of the portions in general, particularly the starchy carbs at lunch and dinner. For the lunches, you can also try a fruit-diary shake (no need for protein powders), perhaps with some freshly ground chia or flaxseeds. We have many recipes you can use. |

![]() | Sometimes I get up late as I am retired and eat the breakfast but skip the 1st snack. I sometimes eat that snack at lunch with somethings from lunch and then eat the 2nd snack with things from lunch. Is this ok. |
