![]() | Hi, wreedtxk. First, the intent is always to obtain these things fresh, if you can. Organic pastured is the best type of meat/poultry because it means the animal eats its natural diet and is spared unnecessary drugs, so the meat is the healthiest it can be. |
![]() | Would someone kindly tell me what is meant by cured, uncured, and pastured? Also, I am using precooked, and probably processed, sliced luncheon meats for selections of poultry (turkey breast) and pork (ham) required by my menu’s. Is this the intent or should I be obtaining these fresh? Thanks… |
