 emmafroud 11 years ago | HI guys, you should be able to get small jugs from your local supermarket with cups and oz on them also cooking spoons with tbsp.,tsp, 1/2tsp and 1/4tsp it makes things a lot easier |
 Birdie 11 years ago | Hi Paddy just found out that one USA cup = 8 fluid oz or 227mls and a USA table spoon is 14mls and tsp is the same as uk and a USA pint is 450mls hope that helps …. |
| Birdie 11 years ago | Hi paddy , I am on my first day of this plan and I look at how many people they say the recipe feeds and I have chosen a small mug But going to google to check .I am only feeding 2 so having to adjust the recipe acordingly hope thats a bit helpful . |
