Hi, manzobrat. We don’t recommend those beverages because they use artificial additives that can work against your efforts here. We encourge you to make your own similar beverage by squeezing fresh lemon or lime juice into water, then sweetening with a high-quality, all-natural low-carbohydrate option such as Stevia and/or erythritol.
