Ossie, much Mahalo for the response. Glad to hear it. I did get the low sodium regular V8, so am feeling smart.

Regular V8 (not “splash”) is better in terms sugar, and the bulk is 100% vegetable extracts. The low-sodium version is recommended.

Hi. Am very new to this plan. I’ve read the info on how concentrated oj is bad. I am curious if the same applies to V8? Thanks
