![]() | Hi, jacquiesliman. Those compositions are different for everyone, depending on details you provided in your profile. Your needs are about 60-65 grams of fat, 180 grams of carbohydrates, and 70 grams of carbohydrates. You can see the portion sizes that appear for each food category (with fruits and vegetables getting their own) by clicking on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above your finished menu in the Menu Planner application.
