Hi, ldsuave. Most likely the corn at stands is not GMO, but I would suggest to ask.
The main GMO seed companies are Monsanto and DuPont (both US), followed by Syngenta (Switzerland), Groupe Limagrain (France), Land O’ Lakes (US), KWS AG (Germany), Bayer Crop Science (Germany), Sakata (Japan), DLF-Trifolium (Denmark), and Takii (Japan).

If you buy corn from stands does this qualify for the plan?
Are there seed brands that qualify for non-gmo?

What you are doing is great. The non-recommended corn is the nonorganic (translation: GMO) corn, and definitely any products containing it and high-fructose corn syrup.

It states that inhanced corn is a no no,but corn is listed in acceptable vegetables. I grow my own in my garden. We eat on and off the cob. What is acceptable and what is not?
