I have COPD and my weight is causing back and leg priblems, even 10 minutes. I can’t do much without problems. I love to walk, but any weather seems to bother me.
Plus, because of my weight, my legs and back start bothering me after a few minutes. Is there anyone out there with similar issues and what do you do?
