![]() | Hi, FridaK. Mr. Wells is referring to the sources and forms of the fruits and vegetables, not the produce itself – no worries. As is consistent with the Trim Down Club’s principles, he encourages people to eat whole, fresh, non-GMO fruits and vegetables, rather than those that have been altered, dried, or made into products that are loaded with artificial sugar. As for the other businesses, ultimately their messages are not contradictory with ours, but sometimes they may appear to be in the advertising – we very carefully select these companies to be sure they support your goals in ways supported by good science. |
![]() | The email subject for the 3/8/2016 reads ‘Get the brand new 8 Healthy Foods That Cause Flab report’. In the email, the third paragraph says ‘Fortunately, my good friend Shawn Wells…, shows you 8 of the absolute WORST health foods for your waistline. And yes, these include several fruits and vegetables!’ and it goes on. I have been in your club three weeks now, and I was trusting that your site was going to give me the information about the correct vegetables and fruit I should eat. Why would you send an email that cautions you about fruit and vegetable? It does not make sense. A number of the other businesses that you promote via an email, are sending contrary messages out to us and so I am getting confused as to what is good and what is not. I am finding that I am losing faith in your materials and club. I also sent you an email with a question about the quantity of sugar in low-fat yoghurt and no one answered. Is this all a gimmick just to see how much more money that you can get from your members? |
