I’m reading more about plant based diets. I’m confused about the fats and oils. Vegans seem to think Earth Balance brand baking sticks and tub spread is all hype, as well as olive oil. (Engine 2 diet of Forks over Knives) and Vegetarians say olive oil and Vegan Earth Balance sticks and canola oil are great for baking, what do we go by?
