I have been adding 1 Tbs. of Chia seeds to two of my meals each day such as salad or soup or yogurt, etc. and it has helped my constipation problem after only doing this for a week now. I buy them at Market Basket store.

have you tried eating figs etc with plenty of water that might help..or i use physluimm husks i buy it from the supermarket, its cheap all you do is mix it with water or fruit juice 2 times a day..hope this is helpful…love and light .

How do I change the diet to help with this problem? There is 3 people in my house and 2 have become sluggage and myself (John’s wife) is 3 days without relief. I do have MS, but this is not normal for me.
