![]() | Hi, karenrandau. Are you also eating more fiber than you did in the past? Sometimes a major jump can ironically lead to constipation. If you think that is a possibility, try backing off on some of the high-fiber foods and then gradually reintroduce them – say, one per week. Also be sure to drink a full glass of water (8 fluid ounces or 240 ml) with each high-fiber meal. |
