If you haven’t started yet you can’t be defeated! Hang in there and if you don’t find your answers in FAQ sections (at the very bottom of the page) you can always click on ‘contact us’ and ask your questions. I had to do that my first day and got a response within the day.
You may try posting your questions on these commumity threads. I have noticed that someone with TrimDownClub monitors these and will answer when necessary. Be sure you click ‘subscribe to topic’ at the bottom of each thread so you will be updated when someone else posts on there.
I would be happy to try to answer any questions I’m able to.
Stick with it and be encouraged, good things will happen!
