Hi, kkinney71. Any of our 14-day or 28-day menus are pre-made, so they don’t necessarily take into account all of your food preferences.
The Menu Planner application is where you can make specific selections and have them appear in your menus. To do this, click on the “My Food Choices” icon in the toolbar above your online menu, and you will be brought to the food list area – be sure to also deselect any foods you don’t want, then regenerate your menus. Note that these menus will be low-carbohydrate, but not keto.

I just joined and I went through and put in all of my preferences, but I just looked at my 30 day menu and all of the foods are things I absolutely will never eat. Can someone help me because I don’t even know what to do with that? I am going to completely fail with this if I get stuck with things I can’t tolerate.
