The Menu Planner display issue seems to be resolved. Thank you Tech Support! I have just managed to edit my menu plan. Having fun weeding out the foods I like and dislike etc. Hope it is working fine for others now also?

I joined today and have the same problem with display issues. I can’t even get started and wonder if it would be easier from my phone. I’ll contact tech support too and see if they can fix this.

No resolution or response from tech support yet. I did receive a new member email survey today asking me how I was enjoying my first week. It was a form and all multiple choice questions with no opportunity to type any comments about my experience as a new member. I’m not feeling like anyone from tech support is hearing me. By the way, I struggled through the painful scrolling to the right to pick my food groups, but when I tried to edit my menu it still doesn’t display properly. Still truncated and unusable.

I’ve just signed up and I had the same – had to scroll to the right when setting up my menu – very user unfriendly. But as the techs probably take 48 hours to reply I went through it and tried to set up the menu anyway. Once the menu is done it appears in a very userfriendly display. And you can still edit it from there.

I can’t say if they read these forums, but If you submitted an issue to tech support you should get a reply. I had a separate question the other day and they responded via email. Were very helpful.

I’ve written a couple of notes today via the “contact” form to report this problem. It must be affecting many users. I am frustrated too as I haven’t been able to setup anything yet. Does anyone know if technical support reads these forums?

When I go to Edit my menu on my macbook, half the page on the right is white. Site needs to be fixed. My guess is they know about this.

I’m a new user having computer display issues. Within certain pages the information is displayed in very narrow columns to the left and is truncated with a scroll bar way at the bottom. It looks like the display is formatted for a cell phone display rather than a normal laptop window. Anyone else with this problem? I’ve tried internet explorer, chrome and firefox. All the same display issues. It’s not useable like this.
