Question– So I see you don’t actually count calories. I agree as I don’t either, but I am trying to make sure that I am getting enough protein and good complex carbs. My goal is to gain muscle and tone and tighten up. I do not need to lose any weight. I am very active and workout 4- 6 days a week. My question is what should I be eating on days that I have active workouts. I felt like I was eating the proper amount of food but was still losing weight!! I eat clean and healthy and drink lots of water. Just need some guidance as what i need to be doing. I would so appreciate any advice.
