Hi, Cindy. Fast recipes are those with “classic” or “homemade” in the title.
As for the individual foods, as long as you stay away from processed foods and stick with whole, fresh foods, you are getting one of the main principles of the program.

I am A hairdresser os my time is short please give me some quick meals, it , cost so much to buy all the ingredients in all the rescipites you show. Please help.

Hi, John. When you enter the Menu Planner applications, you can choose whatever items you want – you will probably find the foods you used to eat, and the new foods that are recommended are described in the guideliness that you can get from “Downloads” above.

I need to know what do I eat with the foods I already have in my diet to lose the weight?
You told me to keep eating what I am and add “your diet foods” and I would be able to lose weight – WHAT ARE THESE FOODS?
