![]() | Hi, you two. Tea and coffee are fine. They are actually “free” drinks, meaning you don’t need to count them in your menu – you just need to count what you add to them. Dairy milk and cream are fine, as are natural non-dairy milks and creams (e.g., from almond, coconut, etc.); just avoid artificial sweeteners and whiteners, if you can. The sweetener issue is why we don’t recommend diet colas. It’s better to make your own from plain carbonated water, a natural low-carb sweetener, and flavor extract (yes, they make cola!) or squeezes of fresh lemon or lime juice. |

![]() | Oh God I hope so! I’m keeping an eye on your post for any answers. I’ve just started and can’t seem to find any advice regarding drinks, I like coffee (with single cream!), tea and Pepsi Max. What are the chances of being able to get away with that! I can’t get excited about green tea although I must confess, I have never tried it! |
![]() | Please let me know if anyone drinks coffee while on this program. I NEED MY COFFEE IN THE MORNINGS. |
