I use coconut oil to cook an egg, or anywhere that shortening is called for in cooking. I don’t know about salad dressing, as the coconut oils that I have seen solidify when not being heated. Maybe there is one that stays in liquid form, but I have not seen it. Some of my friends just eat a TBSP of coconut oil every morning. Ummm …. I have never done that. 🙂

Anyone else using this? The one video on CLA said coconut oil was really good.

Will be looking for some recipies on how I can use this in my diet.

Anyone else wish to share how they use it? what their favorite food is to use coconut oil with?

Might experiment with a salad dressing that mixes coconut/olive oil with vinegar.
