I get these cravings as well, so I know what you mean. 🙂
You should definitely try dark chocolate. From my understanding, only dark chocolate is being related to some health benefits. I’ve read that it contains a lot of antioxidants, and can lower your blood pressure and cholesterol. However, it’s not a magic medicine or anything! Just keep in mind that any kind of chocolate is rich in calories and fat, so you should eat it only in small amounts.

I think I read somewhere that it’s actually good for you to have a piece of dark chocolate a few times a week. There are days that I crave chocolate so much! Of course I love milk chocolate, but I’m willing to try dark chocolate if it’s actually good for me. Can anyone tell me the benefits, if any, of chocolate?
