![]() | Hi, Tilly. It is the raw weight, but if you use lean meats, it doesn’t really matter. |
![]() | Thank you for your help with this. Last question i have always taken measurements to be cooked weight when it comes to the protein. Was that wrong? ? |
![]() | Hi, Tilly. Thanks for the recipe. Yes, spices are indeed “free.” If you look at the amounts of key foods, note that 1/5-1/4 of the recipe will provide the 100 grams of chicken you are seeking. It will also provide you with 1/2 serving of vegetables. |
![]() | Hi Sharon. Thought I did not have it quite right.? I try & make it in bulk & divide portions & freeze it. So e.g. using 475grams approx 3 chicken breasts uncooked would use 1.5 tins chopped tomatoes, about 2 teaspoons oil & 1.5 medium onions. Garlic & ginger spices & salt r free aren’t they. With thanks Sharon. ? |
![]() | Hi, TillyDhonota. Can you prepare the recipe in a way that ensures you get the full 100 grams of chicken? For example, if you make the recipe for 2 or 4, simply add 200-400 grams of chicken while you’re cooking. If that doesn’t help, perhaps you can list the recipe here, and I will try to better clarify. |
