Hi, downtowndentista. You can incorporate foods you like into your plan without the need for a cheat day. If you click on the “My Food Choices” icon in the toolbar above your menu, you will be brought to a series of food lists from which you can make selections. You will find bacon there, and you can check it and click on the heart to the right of it to ensure it appears on your menu. We do encourage organic uncured bacon if you can get it.

Is this permitted with this plan…….I miss my bacon. Otherwise have followed meal plan to a tee, for 6 plus days. It appears portions are my undoing.
