Hi, William. This program is already designed for diabetics, so no worries there. As for vegetables low in vitamin K, the following list may help:
Any starchy vegetable (potatoes, corn, winter squash, etc.)
Turnips
Beets
Onions
Rutabagas
Summer Squash (i.e., zucchini)
Eggplants
Mushrooms
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Iceberg Lettuce
Artichokes

I am a diabetic & person that is on warfarin. I can’t eat greens because they have vitamin K which works against the warfarin. What things can I substitute for these things.

Hi Rubydoo57, and welcome. The dairy items you listed can e substituted with any other cheese or dairy product of a similar amount, or even an egg, meat, or legume product. Ultimately, we would recommend that you use the full Menu Planner application so that you can choose the foods that work for you and avoid the ones that don’t.
Tea is encouraged, and you can read more about the sweeteners we recommend here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/the-best-way-to-sweeten-your-tea-2.

Ok, I’m just about ready to start the 14 day quick start and curious what I can do for these options: I cannot eat yogurt, cottage cheese or ricotta cheese. I also like teas but have to use a sweetener. Any suggestions? I’m anxious to start but worried about these 4 items. I hope someone can assist me on this.
