Hi, 7chuckels7. It is 1 gram each of protein and fat to 3 grams of carbohydrates. There is no accounting for sugars – the general rule is that other than in fresh fruits and vegetables, it is recommended to keep sugars to a minimum.

Okay, I need to know what the ratio of carbs, proteins, fats, sugars etc. should be for each meal. Would someone please tell me?
