Hi, TrentSherry. Perhaps see how far you can get with just making changes with food and physical activity. If you find you’ve hit a plateau, then perhaps a product to help balance your hormones may help.

Thanks for the information. Should I be taking a fat burner? I saw an advertisement on this website and I’m a little skeptical.

Hi, trentsherry96. For your measurements, about 200 grams per day total (including about 30 g fiber). As for the pumpkin bread, 2 oz is about 1/16 of the finished product. That recipe was submitted by a Clubmember rather than posted by the Trim Down Club staff, so it has not been evaluated in our test kitchen. The submitter is Debbie, who runs the “Successful Beginnings” group (link to “Groups” above) – you can write to her and she would be more than happy to help.
