Go to the Exchange mode with three little lines under it and click on it. there you will find your individual amounts and the combinations for each meal and snack. |

![]() | Hi, Laura. It is a bit different for different measurements, but for yours, yes, that is the basic layout. Key points are to always combine a carb with a protein, and have 5 total fruit/vegetable servings and 3 high-calcium food servings each day. |

![]() | I just joined today and I have my menu ready to go. I understand the art of substituting and swapping, but is there a basic ration layout. As far as I gather, the premise of this lifestyle is eating certain amounts of each food group at certain times of the day in order to properly fuel my body…which sounds fantastic. It seems like this is the general layout: Is this about right? I assume it is important as it appears to be the foundation of the entire program. Thanks! |
