Hi, mrskeene2011. You can repeat meal items, meals, and even whole days as often as you like. Don’t worry about buying expensive foods – as long as you avoid processed, refined products with artificial ingredients, and focus on relatively whole foods, you’ll be benefiting.

i can afford most on my list but some I cant cause so many meats.. can I substitute any? besides what on menu? long as health
