Hi, caseya. If you have the time, we of course would recommend cooked beans from dried or raw. Canned or jarred are also fine – just ry to use types with minimal additives and that are low in sodium.

In many recipes and menu choices beans (kidney, red, pinto, etc.) are suggested. Should I be using dried beans or canned beans. I would appreciate any suggestions.
