Judith 11 years ago | Hello, I’ve been at it for almost a week now and have lost 4.25 lbs by following the meal plan I made which includes snacks. It does seem like a lot of food and sometimes I feel that I can’t eat everything. My strategy has been to make certain that I’m getting all the food groups – carbs, protein, veg, fruit and fat. If I felt really full, I would give up a snack in the afternoon or evening. |
