Judy, that sounds like a great plan. The point is that you’re not hungry, but still meeting your nutritional needs and losing weight at a nice pace.
Sue, you can eat all the foods listed – if it is too much, try what Judy did.

Hello, I’ve been at it for almost a week now and have lost 4.25 lbs by following the meal plan I made which includes snacks. It does seem like a lot of food and sometimes I feel that I can’t eat everything. My strategy has been to make certain that I’m getting all the food groups – carbs, protein, veg, fruit and fat. If I felt really full, I would give up a snack in the afternoon or evening.

Hi, I’m just getting started. I have my meal plan made, but can we all that is listed in each area, such as snack or are we to pick one or two of these food items?
